- Inform guests of house rules, local norms, and safety information before arrival.

- Provide a safe space for guests; ensure accommodations meet basic safety and hygiene standards.
- Share local surf safety guidelines and emergency contact information.

Clear Communication
- Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Agree on the role, schedule, and terms before hosting begins.

Non-Discrimination
- Treat all guests equally regardless of race, gender, nationality, religion, disability, or background.

- Represent Surfaway values in your interactions, excellent hosting reflects well on the community as a whole.

Conflict Resolution
- If a disagreement arises, seek to resolve it respectfully.
- If needed, contact Surfaway support for mediation.
